Blackberry 10 is a new blackberry phone with many features which was introduced last month, According to the announcement made by Airtel Nigeria in February about the availability of the new BlackBerry Z10 at it stores in Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria also unveiled the data plan for BlackBerry 10 devices the reason why is that the BlackBerry 10 platform
doesn’t support the existing BlackBerry Internet Service
Although i’m not really sure for now whether the BlackBerry 10 data
plans will work with Airtel
normal BlackBerry plans in the next future.
Airtel Nigeria BlackBerry 10 dataplans have been broken into three different types (Max, Midi and Lite)
If you’re an Airtel prepaid customer, you can dial *440*7# to activate the
BB10 Max monthly plan or *440*10# for the BB10 Midmonthly plan and *440*13# for the BB 10 Lite monthly plan.
The dataplan packages can also be activated via SMS by sending BBM, BIM and BLM for BB10
Max monthly, BB10 Mid
monthly and BB10 Lite
monthly respectively, to : 440.
If you are postpaid customers, you need to contact airtel customer care centre by dialing 111 or visit the nearest Airtel shop for your Blackberry 10 dataplan activation.
